We’ve implemented this refund policy to protect both you as the buyer, and us the provider.
A refund in full must be requested in writing, or by phone (with a LIVE operator) within 72 hours of the time of purchase. A request does not guarantee a refund. Full refunds are provided at the discretion of management.
After this time, and for up to 14 days from purchase, you may still be eligible for a partial refund. Partial refund requests must be submitted in writing, or by phone (with a LIVE operator) within 14 days of the purchase. A request does not guarantee a refund. All refunds are subject to management’s discretion.
Purchases made more than 14 days prior are ineligible for refunds, though if you submit a request in writing (or by phone with a LIVE operator), management will still review your request (as exceptions can be made for qualifying circumstances).
For recurring payments, you may cancel at any time. The details of your cancellation policy and refund policy as stated in your initial agreement will override any refund policies detailed on this page.
